* Playmate: Hugh and Kimberley Hefner have arranged for a playmate for their 10-month-old son, Marston. Kimberley, who was Playboy magazine’s playmate of the year in 1989 before marrying Hefner in July of that year, is expecting their second child in September. Marston was born on his father’s 64th birthday, April 9, 1990.

But the visit was not diplomatic or social: The manse is going on the market--for $6.5 million--after Sanders’ company bought it at a bankruptcy auction. * Double Bar: John F. Kennedy Jr. of New York may be seeing a lot of highway now that he has been sworn in as a member of the Connecticut bar. Kennedy took the state’s bar exam last year after twice failing the New York exam, which he passed on the third try.
* Sheen Off the Tiara: The show will go on with or without Miss USA Carole Gist, officials say of Gist’s possible boycott of the 1991 pageant. “Carole thought we wouldn’t have a show without her. She’s sadly mistaken,†said a spokeswoman for the show’s producer in Wichita, Kan. Gist reportedly is steamed that she hasn’t received some of the $144,000 worth of prizes promised her.
