Coca-Cola Enterprises: Fourth-quarter net income was $11.1 million, a 64.1% rise over the 1989 quarter, the soft-drink bottling company said. Revenue was $935.5 million, up 2.6%. Annual net income was $93.4 million, a jump of 30.2% over 1989. Revenue for the year was $4.03 billion, up 3.9% from 1989. The Atlanta-based company said its 1990 earnings were boosted by the sale of its majority interest in Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Ohio and its sale of Portsmouth Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Inc. The two transactions provided a pretax gain of $55.6 million.
