PREP FIELD HOCKEY : Unbeaten Santiago Tops La Quinta in Tournament Opener

Espy Monroy scored seven minutes into the game and Teresa Puskas scored two goals in the second half as Santiago High School defeated La Quinta, 3-0, Tuesday in the first round of the field hockey Tournament of Champions at Santiago.
Melissa Moreno had two saves for the Cavaliers (23-0), the two-time defending champions.
