NAMES IN THE GAMES

Greg Townsend of the Raiders and Jim Kelly of the Buffalo Bills were named NFL players of the week for the divisional playoff games. Kelly, who returned after missing the final two games of the regular season with a sprained left knee, completed 19 of 29 passes for 339 yards and three touchdowns in Buffalo’s 44-34 victory over Miami. Townsend, the Raiders’ defensive end, had three sacks as the Raiders defeated Cincinnati, 20-10.
