Caped Crusader Returns: Tim Burton, director of the 1989 hit “Batman,†will direct “Batman 2,†Warner Bros announced Wednesday. The sequel is scheduled to begin production this year for worldwide release in 1992. Burton has also directed “Edward Scissorhands,†“Beetlejuice†and “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure.â€
