Nonconference boys’ basketball:
Bishop’s 53, Cloverdale 51--Bishop’s pulled off something of an upset by beating the state’s eighth-ranked Division V team as judged by Cal-Hi sports.
Bishop’s improved to 7-2. Cloverdale fell to 7-2.
Leading the way for Bishop’s were Steve Runyan with 13 points, Justin Bloom with 17 points and Zach Strauss, who led the team with eight rebounds.
