Here! Here! to Dan Delehant of La Habra (Letters, Nov. 25), who complained that the leaf-blower is a mind-blower. Isn’t there some ordinance that limits the use of these and other power tools?
Another point: With all that crud being blown around, is it any wonder that so many Californians suffer from sinus problems?
