Richard McGough has been appointed vice president of management information systems for Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc. in Tustin. He joined the company in 1989 as director of management information systems. Before that, McGough was manager of technical services for the County of Orange, and was director of information services at Smith International. Toshiba America Medical Systems markets diagnostic-imaging systems.
