In Defense of Ronald Reagan

The Oct. 30 cartoon about President Reagan is gross! Reaganomics got our “in debt up to its ears” economy going again. He was governor twice and President twice. The man deserves some respect. Governor-elect Pete Wilson will do well to emulate him.
The Times was once a very good conservative newspaper. Your articles are good and in-depth but your liberal slant seems out of place.
