Surgical Center: A $37-million outpatient surgical center, clinic and medical office building is under construction at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.
The 200,000-square-foot, eight-level St. Joseph Medical Plaza is being built by Koll Construction, a Newport Beach general contractor, at 1140 West La Veta Ave.
It is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 1992.
The building will be owned by physicians in partnership with the hospital and will include outpatient surgery and radiology facilities and offices for 100 doctors.
