Proud Tina: Rock’s Tina Turner has ended her 6 1/2-month “Foreign Affair” European tour that attracted 3 million fans, and has announced she’s going to take a year off before performing again. Her tour began in April in Belgium and went on to 19 countries for 121 performances. “I’m the first woman to fill all these stadiums and the feeling from all those fans night after night was fantastic. I don’t want to close that door completely,” said Miss Turner, who turns 52 on Nov. 26. “I’m going away for about a year and when I’m ready to return I just hope the fans will want whatever I have to offer.”
