St. Bernard 18, Chaminade 10--LaShon Earnest and Thomas Nelson each ran for over 100 yards and scored on long fourth-quarter runs as the Vikings rallied at Chaminade.
Trailing 10-3 after three quarters, St. Bernard (3-6, 2-4) took the lead with 9:25 left on Earnest’s 90-yard touchdown run and Nelson’s two-point conversion. The Vikings clinched the win on Nelson’s 46-yard run with 1:41 left.
Chaminade (1-7-1, 0-5) opened the scoring in the second quarter on Ted Corcoran’s 40-yard field goal and added an 18-yard touchdown run by Ed Hoo in the third quarter for a 10-0 lead.
