Sir Peter: Humorist and actor Peter Ustinov will be officially invested as a knight of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II today. The actor, who has been dubbed Sir Peter since the June announcement of his impending knighthood, also has a book due to be published in Britain this week, “The Old Man and Mr. Smith.”
