Outfielder Mel Hall of the New York Yankees faces possible fines for keeping a pair of wild cougar cubs as pets at his home. Hall was arrested at the Fairfield, Conn., police station and charged with two counts each of possessing potentially dangerous animals and importing wild animals without a permit. He will appear at a later date in Superior Court.
