Circus Circus, the unlimited hydroplane that won the national championship two weeks ago, was sold Friday to Steve Woomer of Auburn, Wash., and will be campaigned next year as the Winston Eagle. Jim Kropfeld, driver of the Winston Eagle last year, will drive it, leaving Chip Hanauer without a ride.
