Alton Square, the Irvine Co.’s new neighborhood center in Irvine, will feature 25 retail and commercial outlets, with a Ralphs grocery store and a Sav-On drugstore as anchor tenants. It will also be the first location for Mrs. Knott’s Restaurant and Bakery, a new venture for Knott’s Berry Farm. The center’s grand opening is scheduled for Oct. 20, although some businesses have already opened.
