The decomposed body of a man who was first reported missing Sept. 7 was found by searchers early Saturday morning at Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, authorities reported.
The man was identified by the county medical examiner’s office as Charles B. Hyske, 34, a pharmacist who lived in San Diego. A spokesman said there were indications he may have killed himself, but offered no other details.
Hyske’s car was found Monday at the park south of Julian, but his body was not discovered until 1 a.m. Saturday by searchers from San Diego and Los Angeles, aided by tracking dogs, said Sheriff Department spokesman Glenn Revell.
