12 Arrested During La Mirada Drug Sting

Nine people were arrested for buying or attempting to buy cocaine at a La Mirada condominium after Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant on its residents and then set up a sting operation, authorities said Saturday.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Bob Olmstead said deputies arrested the three occupants, then remained for more than five hours, arresting people as they arrived to purchase drugs.
