Conservation Sham

I agree with the views of Marlena Bricker (Letters, July 31) regarding the absurdity of all the “plain folk” conserving water so that the “greedy” developers can continue to build wantonly all over the county.
What a sham! Who runs the politicians? Obviously, the developers!
