Delta, Pilots Reach Tentative Pact: The Air Line Pilots Assn., representing pilots of Delta Air Lines, announced that they have reached a tentative agreement with the company after 19 months of direct negotiation. Terms would increase pay 12.5% and eliminate Delta’s two-tier wage agreement, or “B Scale.” A formal contract will be written over the next three to four weeks and then submitted to pilots for ratification.
