DISABLED VETS: About 400 of Orange County’s 6,000 disabled vets are on hand at the Disabled American Veterans national convention in Anaheim this week (B1). . . . “The Orange County veteran population is very, very active when it comes to volunteerism,” DAV spokesman Michael Bargmann says. . . .
