Laguna Niguel Land Giveaway: Finding Culprits in Lost Space

On the issue of the missing 96 acres of parkland, all of South Orange County mourns this permanent loss.
It is evident that the relationship between South Laguna and Laguna Niguel is being rebuilt.
The leadership of the City Council--from voiding the “wild” deed that allowed this parkland to be lost to enacting a moratorium protecting its remainder--clearly exhibited that the Laguna Niguel City Council is a government body concerned with acting to protect the values and interests we all share.
