$1-Million Fund Drive for San Pedro Hospital

The San Pedro Peninsula Hospital Foundation has launched a $1-million fund drive to upgrade emergency medical services at the community hospital. Proceeds will pay for more treatment beds, a computer system to keep track of patients, new medical and monitoring equipment, expansion of the waiting room and improvements to the patient drop-off area outside the hospital.
The foundation plans to complete the fund drive by the end of the year. For information, call 514-5338.
