Entrepreneur Group Replaces Publisher Who Had Resigned

James L. Fitzpatrick has been promoted to publisher of Entrepreneur Group, the Irvine-based publisher of magazines and reference guides for small businesses.
He succeeds Clare Thain, who resigned earlier.
Fitzpatrick had been vice president and associate publisher since 1987. Before joining the company, Fitzpatrick was director of marketing for Stained Glass Overlay.
He has also been national sales manager for B&E; Enterprises, president of U-Tel CATV Products and vice president for sales for American Educational Television Network.
