South African Author Fugard to Appear at Complex

Internationally renowned South African playwright/director/author Athol Fugard will discuss his latest play and his life in a free public dialogue at 7:30 p.m. today at the Educational Cultural Complex in Southeast San Diego, 4343 Ocean View Blvd., 534-3960.
Fugard will direct the West Coast premiere of “My Children! My Africa!” at the La Jolla Playhouse Aug. 26-Sept. 30.
The program is moderated by Sylvia M’Lafi Thompson, who serves as cultural affairs officer of the complex.
