Arrest warrants were issued charging Washington Redskin wide receiver Ricky Sanders with attempted murder and aggravated assault after he allegedly attacked a parking attendant outside a bar in Houston.
Sanders, 27, is accused of running over the attendant with his car on May 1, Houston Police Dept. spokesman Richard Retz said.
“When he left the club, he got in an altercation with a valet parking attendant over his hubcaps,” Retz said.
The hubcaps were missing. Sanders allegedly claimed they were stolen while he was in the club. Management said they were missing when he arrived, Retz said.
