ELMONT, N.Y. — Expensive Decision tied a track record in posting a half-length victory in Thursday’s $47,000 Wise Ship Handicap at Belmont Park. The winner’s time of 1:39 1/5 on the for 1 1/16 miles on the turf equaled the mark posted by Fleet Victress in 1977 and again by Castaneto on June 18.
