SCEcorp: The Rosemead parent of Southern California Edison Co. said second-quarter income rose 3% to $146 million. Revenue advanced fractionally to $1.59 billion. The firm said a recent California Public Utilities Commission decision shifted some of its earnings to the first, second and fourth quarters from the third quarter, with no impact on annual earnings. As a result of this change, quarter-to-quarter earnings comparisons are distorted.
