NME Announces Building Plans: National Medical Enterprises said it will invest about $37.2 million in the construction and expansion of psychiatric facilities. The Santa Monica-based company said it would build hospitals in Indiana and Kansas, construct an alcohol and substance abuse clinic in Seattle and expand three hospitals in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and New York.
