Total Arnold: The folks over at 20th Century Fox may be celebrating over the apparent blockbuster status of “Die Hard 2,” but that isn’t causing any grief for the makers of “Total Recall,” the first film to break the $100-million box-office mark this summer. Carolco Pictures and co-executive producer Mario Kassar are planning a congratulatory bash for “Recall” star Arnold Schwarzenegger tonight at the posh Roxbury Club on Sunset Boulevard. The decor will resemble the film’s futuristic Martian set.
