HUNTINGTON BEACH : 2 Steal $3,000 From Great Western Bank

Two bank robbers, one armed with a pistol, stole $3,000 from a Great Western Bank branch Monday, police said.
The robbery occurred about 12:30 p.m. when the two robbers demanded money from a teller at the bank at 16141 Beach Blvd., police said.
The robbers then fled on foot and were still at large Monday evening.
