Survey Says Workplace Bias Common: A quarter of Americans say they have been discriminated against at work, but half didn’t do anything about it, according to a nationwide survey by the National Law Journal and Lexis, a legal research service. Of those who reported discrimination, a third said it had to do with their sex and a third cited race, religion or ethnic background. Most of the rest cited age or a handicap.
