Ruby O. Youngs, 82, who served as a White House switchboard operator under five presidents. Miss Youngs’ work spanned the administrations of Presidents Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon. She retired in 1974. In Winchester, Va. on Friday.
