A 26-year-old transient has been convicted of robbing a Santa Paula bank, authorities said Thursday.
U. S. District Court Judge Robert M. Takasugi found Daniel Glen Myers, 26, guilty of robbing the Citizens State Bank on West Harvard Boulevard and of using a gun during the robbery.
Myers, scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 27, faces a maximum of 25 years in federal prison and a $10,000 fine.
He was arrested March 8, 1989, on suspicion of committing an unrelated armed robbery and was later charged with the March 1, 1989, robbery of the Santa Paula bank, the FBI said.
