Tom Montgomery has been appointed international personnel director for Beckman Instruments Inc., Fullerton. He was previously with Amdahl Corp. as corporate director of benefits and international human resources director. Before that, Montgomery held managerial positions with Roy M. Huffington Inc. and was vice president, employee relations, for the Getz Corp.
