Thomas H. Chapman has been named vice president of corporate communications for Mitsubishi Electric Sales America Inc. He will be responsible for all advertising, public relations, promotions and special events activities. Chapman was formerly senior vice president and management supervisor at Stiller Advertising, Costa Mesa. Mitsubishi Electric Sales America, headquartered in Cypress, markets consumer electronics products including televisions, videocassette recorders and audio components.
