Arnold Gregg has been named vice president, finance and administration for Tricom Management Inc. He had previously been financial consultant to the Anaheim-based management company, which operates vacation resorts in the United States and Mexico. Before that, he held executive positions with Dart Industries, Santa Fe International and Paramount Petroleum.
