GOING, GOING: Tickets for the Nixon Library dinner July 19 at the Century Plaza in L.A. (N1) are going fast, organizers say. . . . 3,000 invitations were sent out to fill 1,550 seats and, at $250 a ticket, the dinner is “very near a sellout,” a spokesman said. Why not an Orange County dinner for a Yorba Linda library? “Because Nixon was at the Century Plaza on his (presidential) election night,” library spokesman Kevin Cartwright said.
