USAir to Delay Plane Delivery: USAir Group Inc., the nation’s seventh-largest airline, said it will postpone taking delivery of a dozen Boeing 737 aircraft for several years, from 1991-92 to 1995, because of sluggish business. In exchange for the delay, USAir agreed to buy 24 additional planes from Boeing and purchase options on 56 more after 1995.
