Baskin-Robbins Opens 3rd Moscow Store: The Glendale-based ice cream store chain opened a third Moscow outlet--and the first to accept Soviet rubles. The new store offers 25 flavors, with one scoop costing 1.5 rubles, about $1.75 in U.S. currency, and two scoops for 2.75 rubles, or about $3.20.
