Rocky VI: The Courtroom: A former boxer is throwing a legal punch at Sylvester Stallone, saying Stallone stole his life story for the plot of “Rocky V.” Joey Barnum filed suit in Los Angeles, seeking $600,000 in damages, plus the gross receipts from the yet-to-be-released movie, and he also wants the rights of the film transferred to him. Barnum claims that he told Stallone’s mother, Jacqueline, and his brother, Frank, about how he once trained a fighter named Mario Trigo and then came out of retirement to fight and beat Trigo.
