Resorts International Inc.: The casino-hotel company reported a first-quarter loss of $3.1 million, compared to a loss of $18.7 million in the same period a year ago. Revenue declined 5% to $107.5 million. The Atlantic City, N.J., firm, which has been struggling to emerge from bankruptcy, said its loss from operations was $21,000, contrasted with earnings from operations of $6.6 million for the first three months of 1989.
