When does a bribe become a gift? Apparently Joseph Edmiston, executive director of the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, has been in office so long he can’t tell the difference.
Nothing has been given and nothing will be received if Hope doesn’t get in return invaluable and irreplaceable national parkland for his “road to riches” so he can massively up-zone and develop Jordan Ranch.
I don’t call this a gift and I don’t call it charity!
