Cliff Robinson, a reserve forward for the Portland Trail Blazers, was arrested early Sunday for allegedly striking a policewoman during an altercation outside a bar in northwest Portland.

Robinson, 23, was cited on four counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct, then released, said police spokesman Dave Simpson.
