Sizzler Sues Over Licensing Agreements: Sizzler Restaurants International sued two Illinois firms in U.S. District Court, claiming that they violated licensing agreements concerning 21 Sizzler restaurants. The breach of contract and trademark suit said FBC Food Services Inc. and Midwest Restaurant Concepts Inc. opened Sizzler restaurants as licensees but failed to pay charges relating to gross sales and advertising. The suit seeks unspecified damages and a court order barring the Illinois-based defendants from operating Sizzlers. The defendants could not be reached for comment. (Filed April 11, 1990. Case No. 90-1820)
