Trainer Braulio Baeza, a former Hall of Fame jockey, was suspended and denied ground privileges for 45 days by the Aqueduct stewards after a postrace test showed the presence of a prohibited heart medication in Legenday Spender, whom Baeza saddled for a third-place finish in Aqueduct’s ninth race on Feb.3
