SIMI VALLEY : Drug Investigation Ends in 3 Arrests

A narcotics investigation ended Wednesday when three people were arrested in Simi Valley, authorities said.
Simi Valley police officers and investigators from the district attorney’s office also seized four ounces of cocaine worth about $8,500 at a house on Angela Street where the suspects were arrested, said Simi Valley Police Lt. Neal Rein.
Allison Ingram, 30, of Simi Valley was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of cocaine and drug possession. Edward Gemmell, 36, whom police identified as a transient, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of cocaine. Vincent Albin, 20, of Simi Valley was arrested for miscellaneous outstanding warrants.
