Apartment Owners to Oppose Limits Law
Aspokesman for Glendale apartment owners will discuss his group’s objections to a city proposal to limit the number of residents per unit during a community forum scheduled today by Mayor Larry Zarian.
Daniel C. Faller, president of the Apartment Owners Assn. of Southern California, said he will attend the forum on behalf of more than 300 Glendale apartment owners.
Zarian proposed that an occupancy-limits law be drafted to give Glendale officials a tool to curb the city’s population growth and parking problems.
The plan will be discussed at Zarian’s monthly forum from 7 to 9 p.m. in the council chambers at Glendale City Hall, 613 E. Broadway.
