YOU, BABE: At least 30 people may be fed up with doing business in Orange County. That’s how many the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce has signed up to hear a pitch on why they should move their businesses to the desert resort city. . . . Its mayor, Sonny Bono, appears in ads (D1) touting his town and criticizing Orange County, which is “a costly place to live and do business,” according to a chamber official. “And we’ve got the lifestyle too,” he adds, mellowly.
