22 Die in Bus Plunge

NEW DELHI — A bus trying to overtake a truck overturned and tumbled into a roadside ditch in northern India on Thursday, killing 22 passengers and injuring six, news reports said. The accident happened near Banur, 150 miles northwest of New Delhi in Punjab state. The bus was carrying 82 people.
